DAFORGIE are looking for a confident, motivated and enthusiastic Parts Technicianto join the DAFORGIE team at our Head Office in Limavady.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

You will be working in a fast-paced, agriculture and construction equipment parts environment. The successful candidate will be organised and capable of multi-tasking. You will primarily be dealing with customers over the phone and face to face so must have a high standard of customer service. Additionally, your role involvesstock checks and order processing, using IBCOS Gold software.<\/p>\n

Main Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Taking customer phone calls, answering queries and giving prices and lead times<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Serving customers who come in to the office and preparing their orders<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Processing customer orders, from invoicing to arranging deliveries<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Carry out stock checks accurately and record and input data<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Checking incoming orders against delivery notes<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Working with and supporting the team of Technicians<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Developing your product knowledge and knowledge of the business<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Essential:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Previous experience in a parts department<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Proven customer service skills<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent communication skills both verbal and written<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Attention to detail<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Willingness to learn and develop<\/p>\n

Preferable:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Experience in the construction and\/or agricultural industry OR automotiveindustry<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Microsoft Office literate<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
